Our Process
How we work with you
A great financial plan begins with truly understanding you. Our process is intentionally personal, collaborative, and built to help you feel informed—not rushed.
1. Getting to Know You
Before we meet, we’ll send you a secure online form where you can share key details about your life. Your family, your income, your goals, and your financial picture. This gives us the context to make your first meeting meaningful and efficient.
2. The First Conversation (No paperwork, just people)
Your first meeting with us is focused almost entirely on who you are as a person or family.
We talk far less about investments and far more about:
Your values and priorities
How you think and feel about money
Your biggest goals, worries, and opportunities
Your long-term vision for family, legacy, and lifestyle
This is a no-pressure conversation. There are no commitments, no decisions to make, and no signatures required. The goal is simply to learn whether we may be a good fit for each other.
3. Your Preliminary Financial Plan
After the meeting, our team takes everything you shared, both in conversation and in your initial form, and begins drafting a preliminary financial plan. This plan provides a first look at:
Your financial strengths
Areas that may need attention
Potential strategies to move closer to your goals
This is a framework, not a final blueprint. We build it knowing your life is dynamic and changes are always possible.
4. The Second Meeting & Next Steps
In our second conversation, we present your preliminary plan and walk through each component together. You’ll have the chance to react, ask questions, suggest adjustments, and tell us where you want deeper analysis.
If the relationship feels right for both sides, we’ll complete the necessary paperwork to formally begin working together.
Your plan will always remain flexible.
As life changes, your financial plan should evolve with it, and we’ll be there every step of the way.
