Dylan Furlong joined the Pilot Wealth team in the later half of 2022. He was born and raised in Ann Arbor, graduating from Skyline High School, but moved to Grand Rapids for his undergraduate degree and continue his soccer career at Grand Valley State University. During his time in college, he was a student of Finance and Economics at the Grand Valley State Seidman College of Business.
At Grand Valley State, he found success in the classroom and the soccer field. He was a 3-year captain for the Men’s Club Soccer Program, and a dean’s list student. He was also part of the Seidman Investment Portfolio Organization (IPO), a school club which manages an investment portfolio of over $150,000.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outside playing sports, or taking walks in the Ann Arbor Arboretum with his girlfriend. Dylan is also a huge Michigan Wolverines fan, and you can find him every Saturday in the fall at his family tailgate at Golf and Outing.
Dylan is active in the community, being part of the Red Shoe Crew. This is a group of young professionals supporting the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities – Ann Arbor, through volunteering, fundraising, and being ambassadors in the community. Soon, Dylan and his girlfriend are looking to continue giving back by adopting a dog in need at the Huron Valley Humane Society.
